“In the illustrations of each story, we have hidden a single allusion to a lion. These representations may be more overt, like a lion emblem on a coat of arms, or more subtle, like paw-shaped chair feet.
We are both Christians, meaning that we believe the Bible to be the true Word of God and we have submitted to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. It is in His image and for His glory that we create what we hope are worthy and excellent works of art and literature. Since we are not producing works with obvious Christian content, we wanted to make reference to our faith so that we could share with you that which gives us purpose and meaning. The Bible refers to Jesus as the Lion of Judah, so we have joined the ranks of Christians throughout history who have borrowed this imagery to represent Him.
